Keeper Guide Story

Along with rapid social change, the cultural heritage of modern Seoul citizens is being damaged.

In particular, since the valuation of future heritage is incomplete and still being used today, much attention needs to be paid to the preservation of future heritage.

We started the Keeper Guide to help young students, like the editors of this magazine, take pride in preserving and caring for their heritage.

The heritage of the past with artistic, historical, and academic symbolism is called cultural property. We are a magazine to select the stories, streets, art galleries and museums, and architecture that we enjoy in the present rather than dwelling in the past as the criteria for the Keeper Guide and deliver them to future generations.

There are many hidden gems in our city.

The museum of the birthplace of the first Western painter, Go Hui-dong, Ikseon-dong, a Hanok street in the middle of the city, and a barber shop that has been operated for three generations in the same place. These sparkling jewels are cultural heritages that we must preserve.

Introducing a culture that will become a treasure in 100 years.
